Contracts suck

Ten pages of a contract and most of it will be completely rewritten by Monday at Noon. IT employers heed this: Don’t try to screw over your employees. Don’t word your contracts in a way that would make it illegal for the person to code HTML for some one else. It’s ludicrous.
