Justin sent me the web site for Chairwoman Constance A. Morella of the Subcommittee on the District of Columbia. And the title tag says? yup. “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet”. Looks like some designer fubared that one. And while we’re at it, why does the page look like a freaking MS word newsletter? Anyone?

i also like that it took about 40 seconds to load over a t1 connection. neat!

not to mention the "use MSN Internet Explorer" thing. Looks like someone fixed the Latin dummy text, but the site is still a slug. Maybe it's because there's no actual <i>text</i> on the page.
