Got a major headache and sugar cravings in the afternoon.

Breakfast

  • 1/2 Avacado
  • 1/4 Dark meat chicken
  • Home made salsa (canned last year)

Paleo day 3: lunch

Lunch

  • Can of Tuna
  • Cabbage
  • Lemon Pepper Oil
  • Handful of Almonds

Afternoon Snack

  • Almonds
  • Walnuts
  • Almond Butter

Paleo day 3: dinner

Dinner

  • Pork tenderloin slow cooker style
  • Cauliflower
  • Zuchinni
  • Tomatoes
  • Basil

    I am going to try these tonight. They look wofrednul. A few baking tips I'm going to incorporate is to whisk the eggs and hones in a double boiler until they blend and become gently warm to the touch. This helps to set the egg whites for stability in the cookie. Also by adding some almond meal and arrowroot for added stability I think I can get a closer match to the texture we all know and love from macaroons. Lastly, by chilling the batter for two hours before baking will also help with the more stable constancy of the cookie.Can't wait to try this :)
