Quick call from paleo Warwickshire I love what you are doing and hang by your every word'. I will be making the mayo thginot. I have not used mayo for 2 yrs when I used, in my ignorance to make Aioli with poison oils like soy and rape(granola) but from my reading of so many American blogs it seems to be an essential . You sold it to me you make cal-paleo so glamorous. 2 questions re the crab cakes. 1.WTF is chipotle? Please send me some. 2.Would the cakes hold together without the coconut flour if not could I use the jellified bone broth that I derive from the bones I get free from my organic farmer/butcher -jason? Love What you do. Wish you every success Fred from middle England

Oh my goodness goicarus! I just made these tonight, and although I didn't try it with the avocado yet (I was packing a lunch for my husband for tomorrow) I had a few bites of the tuna and it was heavenly. I can't wait to have some for lunch tomorrow!I also wanted to add, I am just starting out on the paleo way of eating and my husband has been fairly on board but not as into it as me. He hasn't done all the reading I have and hasn't felt how awesome it feels (yet!) He has loved everything I have made from your website. So glad I found it!!! I really think it will make this change much more pleasant for the family (I also have a two year old). It is obvious how much care and effort you put into all of this for your family and I am so happy you are sharing your awesome skills with the rest of us

Corn, that looks so good. I like new flavors, like yosleurf. Not sure if you like cilantro; but here's my twist on soft taco. Try it and tell me what you think. Whole wheat soft taco shells. Chicken breast cut into strips or ground. Marinate your diced jalapeno(deseeded), bell peppers, red onions, tomatos and cilantro in lime juice. Saute chicken strips or brown ground chicken, add desired taco seasoning, then add your corn and black beans. Assemble my fiesta taco and enjoy! Hope you like it!

We are Primal/Paleo with some raw dairy. Our 16 month old has had raw milk since just before she tunred one (and I started working). We introduced it along with nursing, and she gradually weaned over about three months, and has been fully weaned for about four weeks now. It all happened very naturally, as she was used to drinking expressed milk from a cup so there was no issue with her feeling deprived of the boob! She drinks milk with meals and before bed, and water throughout the day.Along with everything we eat, she eats a ton of sweet potatoes, peeled and roasted in bacon fat in chunks. She's also a big fan of liver. We live in London, UK and are very fortunate to have an excellent source of raw milk; we buy it in the farmers' market but they also delivery all over the country.
